On behalf of the Whedon Studies Association, the Whedon Studies Award (the “Mr. Pointy”) Jury is pleased to announce the finalists and winner for the 2018 awards for outstanding short-form work (Short Mr. Pointy) in Whedon Studies. Works eligible for this year’s Long Mr. Pointy award were all published during 2017. These finalists represent the highest level of scholarship and original contributions to the field of Whedon Studies.
